Poinciana Island, located on Collins Avenue and 161st Street. Is a private Island of approximately 171 residences. Built in two phases, around the perimeter of the Island, enables all units to be directly on the waterfront. Phase One has traditional style Town Homes built in a cluster-like setting of three and four bedrooms units with a one car private garage. Phase Two has "pyramid" style buildings where the first and second level are reffered to as Marina Level Town Homes. In the Marina Level you access your home from ground level. The third and fourth level are referred to as "panarama" style Town Homes.
